The first one I hD worked great. I had to get another because of an extremely large hale storm that broke the filler caps This time O will mount it in an area protected from hale

It was easy to install and works as advertised. I do notice a 1/2 second delay in braking, i assume that's how long the pump takes to build pressure.
This EHB was a little trouble putting in as the template for the holes was xeroxed so many time the holes were /4 inch off. So I had to fill in three holes in my chassis floor. Once nstalled and the brakes bled, it worked like a charm. Definitely much greater stopping power.

Works perfectly fine for my 15K Lbs boat trailer. Haven't had any issues with it since. The last one I replaced it with worked for over 12 years. The old one finally got dry rotted and was slowly leaking fluid. Could've kept using it but decided to replace it with this new one before a big trip.

Purchased a replacement brake tire actuator that had went bad. The replacement was a perfect fit and should be an easy install...the unit arrived very fast and undamaged. The brake controller pump is adequate however it is not a very good way to make brakes work on a trailer. It has nothing to do with your service or your quick shipment of that part. You're supplying the part and getting it to me was excellent as well as the service from the lady that took my order she did a great job.
Installed easily and works as advertised - will slide the wheels on Montana 3150RL so adjust braking bias carefully.
This EHB system works great for stopping my 19000lb. boat. Once I came up with a mounting bracket to keep the EHB above the water line, installation went smooth.
Couldn't get the brake actuator to work with our trailer and the controller I have.

It’s been a year of use and no surge brakes problems after my conversion to the BrakeRite - electric over hydraulic pump. I have a two axel disk brake boat trailer that it now services. I like it very much and had to modify the mount placement High so it didn’t get wet when backing the boat down the boat ramp. All in all I’d recommend it if you can afford it and want more consistent stopping power.

Is it normal for this brakerite actuator to have had brake fluid(not much
but fluid is present) iin it?
I put disc brakes on my 38 foot 5th wheel travel trailer due to the poor brake quality of the manufacturer. I now drive on the highway with much greater confidence for our safety. The stopping power of these brakes is incredible. The quality of the brakes are superior. I installed them myself finding the instructions accurate and easy to follow. There was a small part missing out of the brake line kit and the part was overnited to me by E Trailer. I have purchased many items from this company and have found the products to be of top quality and fairly priced. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you.
